Terms of Use
Last updated October 29, 2026
- God First, Money Wise is a free record-keeping app for families. It is not a bank.
- Parents are responsible for their family account and for the real money they keep for their children.
- Please use it kindly and honestly, and keep your password private.
1. What the app is
God First, Money Wise helps parents keep a record of money they hold for their children, and lets children see their own balance. It doesn't hold, move, invest or insure real money, and it doesn't connect to any bank or card. Balances and interest in the app are records you control. They aren't deposits, and they aren't financial, tax or investment advice.
2. Who can use it
A family account must be created by a parent or legal guardian who is at least 18 years old. Parents may create profiles for their own children and let those children use the app under their supervision. Children may not create accounts on their own.
3. Your account
- Give accurate information, and keep your password and your children's PINs private.
- You're responsible for activity in your family account, including anything another parent you add does.
- Let us know at support@damndadd.com if you think someone else has used your account.
4. Money and interest
The interest the app shows is calculated from the rate a parent chooses, and it is paid by that parent, not by us. It's up to parents to keep the real money that matches the records, and to decide how and when to give it to their children. We aren't responsible for any difference between the records and the real money.
5. Acceptable use
Please don't misuse the app. That means no trying to reach other families' information, interfering with or overloading the service, using it for anything illegal, or entering content that is abusive or harmful.
6. The service
We offer the app for free and work to keep it running well, but it's provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. We may change, pause or stop features, or the whole service, at any time. If we plan to shut down the service, we'll try to give families notice so they can write down their balances.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for any loss of data or records, that come from using or being unable to use the app. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have that the law doesn't allow us to limit.
8. Ending your account
You can delete your family account at any time in Settings. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms.
9. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect and how we protect it.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We'll change the date at the top, and if a change is significant, we'll let parents know in the app. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the updated terms.
